The hidden world
Just 15 minutes from Budva, crystal-clear mountain water flows through a hidden limestone canyon before reaching the Adriatic Sea. This rare combination has created a unique ecosystem found nowhere else on the Montenegrin coast.
The cold river becomes a refuge for wildlife during the hot summer months, filling the canyon with fish, freshwater crabs, frogs, dragonflies and lush Mediterranean vegetation. Every step reveals a different part of this hidden natural world.
